To get everyone into the right mood, invitees were treated to performances by Reshmonu, Altimet and Elvira. The other highlight was the premiere of the GoMobile Fashion Show which featured the dazzling creations of students from Raffles International College.
The evening also saw three different categories of awards handed out to winners.
inOvation Malaysia 2009 Recipients
With the national focus on creating innovative local content, applications and services, the inOvation Malaysia Awards placed the limelight on successful Malaysian companies. These awards were supported by Maxis.
The in-Ovations awards celebrated and recognised five outstanding Malaysian mobile developers who have best contributed towards the development and innovation of content and application in Malaysia.

Last but not least were the APACMLEAP (Asia Pacific Mobile Learning & Edutainment Advisory Panel) Mobile Learning Initiatives Recognitions. Five recognitions were presented to organisations and individuals who had promoted or advanced the cause of mobile learning. The recipients were:
