The inOvation Malaysia Awards, honouring and recognizing innovative and outstanding achievements and ventures in mobile products and solutions, are now officially open for entry.

inOvation Malaysia Awards aims to place deserving entrepreneurs in the spotlight in the hope that the recognition of their successes will propel them to new heights as well as contribute to the steady development of local mobile content and apps companies.

inOvation Malaysia Awards were created by GoMobile with the active support and involvement of Maxis.

inOvation Malaysia Awards are open to companies from Malaysia that have developed or offer mobile content, applications or services that have been launched.

CATEGORIES for inOvation Malaysia Awards :

1. Entertainment

* Entertainment related offerings such as but not limited to mobile games, music and video

 

2. Information

* Apps and services that provide information such as but not limited to info portals, health, food sites and directories

 

3. Social Networking

* Apps and services that connect people

 

4. Business Mobility

* Apps and services by businesses for marketing, business processes and so on

 

5. M-Government

* Apps and services that bring government services to citizens via mobile

 

An overall inOvation Malaysia Awards winner will also be announced.

The recipients of inOvation Awards will be announced in front of the entire Malaysian Mobile Industry at the GoMobile inOvation Awards Night. This gala event, held in conjunction with GoMobile, takes place in Kuala Lumpur.

All Malaysian companies that have products they feel deserve recognition are most welcome to submit entries. Any other parties can also nominate services, apps and mobile content developed by a company that they feel deserve recognition.
